18 months ago, Warrigal Employment approached CyberTribes to help create and implement a strategy to help promote an important Aboriginal youth employment event. CyberTribes helped them come up with a catchy name for their big event - W.I.C.K.E.D. (Wollongong Indigenous Career Kickstart Employment Day) – and then set up, and fully managed the Facebook page, creating 7 posts a week for the next 6 months. During that time, we built their audience numbers (1,200+), stimulated organic engagement, and managed all the interactions.
The results were amazing!
Warrigal were surprised at how effective it was, saying it was the cheapest, yet most effective form of marketing that they’d ever used. They then hired us to take on full management of the Warrigal page, as the W.I.C.K.E.D. page had now overtaken their main page in popularity.
We have been managing the Warrigal Employment Facebook page for the past year, and in that time have seen it grow in numbers (1,800+) and engagement.
A key part of the strategy used was to cover local stories, have very dynamic visual content that repeats the logo colours - for strong branding- and to post on a wider range of topics to keep the page more relevant to it’s audience.
“We engaged Melinda and her team earlier this year to help promote our employment day event W.I.C.K.E.D.
Melinda soon grew our social media page beyond our expectations.
She’s not just committed to you as a client, she’s passionate about you and your business or program.
Melinda and her team went above and beyond to provide us with the highest quality service and she is now a permanent fixture in our business.
If you’re thinking about growing your Social Media platform look no further than Melinda and her team.”
