A key strategy used on this extensive project was creating a culture that focused on audience-generated content, using 2 organically driven competitions.

“Heaven and Earth Homewares engaged CyberTribes 6 months ago to coordinate and develop a Facebook and Instagram strategy for our retail and wholesale entities.
CyberTribes brief was twofold
- develop a coordinated Facebook page and social media strategy for Pacific Furniture
- Create an Instagram account (and Facebook page) for Lucinda Rose
Within these briefs were a series of requirements that had to be met. These were in no particular order:
Generate likes and followers, develop a sense of community amongst these people, create interest in not only our products and ranges but in the furniture and lifestyle market,
create strategic hashtags, interact and provide feedback to customers, comment and engage with customers.
On top of this, feedback and statistical analysis was required to be relayed back to us.
Melinda and the CyberTribes team have created a Facebook page for Pacific Furniture and Bedding with over 5000 likes, and have shown us how to engage our online and social media customers in a
way that grows our business online and positively impacts our bottom line. CyberTribes also created an energetic, fun and savvy Instagram account with over 700 engaged followers.
Their commitment and dedication to the project, their creativity and skill in post generation and their understanding of how to engage and generate interest from these customers that use this method to purchase is undoubted. CyberTribes has a clear understanding of what is required to create and manage a social media site.
